What is Stroller Strides®?
Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
Fit4Mom® instructors are certified pre/postnatal fitness instructors with CPR and First Aid certification for infants, children and adults. Each instructor carries proof of insurance and all necessary paperwork to operate class. We are proud to offer classes in accordance to ACOG guidelines.
Outdoor classes take place at Jake's Place @ Challenge Grove Park in Cherry Hill, NJ. Located in Cherry Hill at the corner of Bortons Mill Road & Caldwell Road.
What if the weather is bad?
We will only cancel classes in extreme weather conditions. Please check our web page or Facebook page for weather related changes. Announcements will be made no later than 9:00am on the day of class. You may also call 856.448.4471.
